We were lucky enough to be recommended to Annika by a mutual friend. We were having trouble finding a photographer in Humboldt that met the aesthetic we wanted, but as soon as we saw Annika’s photos, we emailed her straight away and booked her that same week. Our first time meeting her was when we took our engagement photos. She just made it so much fun and is genuinely such a funny, sweet, kind person to be around. We had the best time with her and felt so good about our decision to shoot our wedding photos. The photos came back AMAZING. 

A few months later we found out we were going to need to postpone our wedding to the following year, and she was more than accommodating. Up until our wedding day, she was so involved. She worked with our plan to fine-tune our timeline to work for our shot list and truly went above and beyond to make sure we were all set for our wedding day. 

On our wedding day, she so gracefully wrangled our crazy wedding party and big extended family for photos, captured so many sweet candid moments, and our wedding photos are something we will cherish for the rest of our lives. They came out so incredible and well exceeded our expectations. 

Bottom line, just book her! She’s amazing and it will be the best decision you make when planning your wedding day. We’re sure glad we did.

"I came across Annika’s page on Instagram and was amazed at how she captured such beauty in her photos. The initial process was so nice and smooth. Annika responded very quickly and had all of her wedding packages laid out for us to look over. Every photoshoot experience I have had with Annika, both personally and professionally, has been wonderful. Her communication style is approachable and kind while being both clear and intentional about her booking.

I had followed Annika on Instagram for a couple of months before reaching out to book my first photoshoot. I was constantly inspired and in awe by the beautiful gallery, she curated for her social media online presence. I reached out to Annika to book a photo shoot for my family’s business, Hot Knots. Needless to say, we fell in love with the way Annika directed our models on different poses for the shoot with grace and styled our clothes to best highlight our latest clothing collection. We continue to work with her because she is a phenomenal photographer and works quickly to deliver your edited online gallery. Recently, I booked a photo shoot for Mother’s Day as a surprise for my family, since we had never taken family photos before.
